Bio of William Jackson, M.Ed.
William graduated from South Carolina State University earning a
Bachelor’s in Education, furthering his education earning a Masters
of Arts in teaching from Webster University with a focus on Educational
Technology, Social Media and STEAMM.
Science Technology Engineering Arts Math Metaverse.
William’s career involves past teaching with NASA as an Internet and
technology instructor in collaboration with Edward Waters College.
He also was a professor with Florida State College of Jacksonville
teaching Web 2.0, Web 3.0, Digital Media and Meta.
William is a past technology consultant with the Florida Department
of Education where he taught educational access to the Internet to
teachers in Northeast Florida and presented at major conferences.
William has been part of the WordPress community since 2010 and
traveled to multiple WordCamps in the United States, Canada, and
Central America. As a teacher of STEAMM I have been teaching over
30 years in elementary, middle and colleges. The best part of
WordCamp are the people and the energy of learning and collaboration.
