Se gradu\u00f3 en Direcci\u00f3n y Administraci\u00f3n de Empresas de la Universidad de Costa Rica, obtuvo un m\u00e1ster en Innovaci\u00f3n en la Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Chile, y actualmente est\u00e1 cursando una certificaci\u00f3n en Marketing Digital en la Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes. A lo largo de su carrera, Alex ha desempe\u00f1ado roles clave como Ejecutivo de Ventas, Account Manager, y Head of Customer Success en empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas. Actualmente lidera el \u00e1rea de Customer Success en el sector \u00abWebHosting\u00bb, donde se enfoca en ayudar a las empresas no solo a ganar clientes, sino a retenerlos y convertirlos en embajadores fieles de la marca.
