Joe A Simpson Jr’s love and enthusiasm to give back to WordPress is contagious. In a short period, he’s become part of the Lead Organizing Sextet and Squad Captain for two WordCamp US flagship events and presented at over twenty (25) WordPress events including WordCamp Asia in Taiwan. Joe advocates for inclusive leadership, facilities, and events recently completing a three-year stint as a Team Rep for Make WordPress Accessible contributors. He is dedicated to encouraging Angelenos to use eco-friendly public transportation instead of driving alone in Los Angeles, California. He is part of the Customer Experience Digital Strategy Team at Metro Los Angeles, the 3rd largest transit agency in the United States, where he manages a network of WordPress sites.
